Why do we use sintered stone?

Here at Ikto Design, we mainly use sintered stone from the highest segment. This is often referred to as ceramic material, but this term is now used by everyone. The qualities of these materials vary greatly. We prefer sintered materials from the best suppliers to guarantee the highest possible quality and durability. This is mainly because this material is much less fragile than marble and also many times stronger.

But what makes sinterstone so unique?

The first point where sintered stone wins over marble and granite concerns maintenance. Marble and granite are much more complicated to maintain than sintered stone. If you want to clean marble or natural stone, you have to use natural soap because cleaning products are too harsh. In addition, there are many more disadvantages to marble and granite:

• Not resistant to acids;
• Faster scratches;
• Regular maintenance required;
• Not all types are frost-resistant, and marble and natural stone are not suitable for outdoor use.

But why sintered stone?

Sintered stone is resistant to everything, even acids and corrosive substances such as acetone and thinner, and in principle, you never have to do anything to it again. It is very easy to maintain. In addition, it is also heat, stain, scratch, acid, and frost resistant. Sintered stone is also resistant to dirt and weather conditions.

For this reason, almost all of our products available on the site are made from the highest quality sintered stone to make your life easier.
